Teardown. Began December 2008
This is the frame "stripped" in the preliminary stages of the build. Got everything out of the way that I possibly could to make lifa a bit easier. BTW, ANYONE who decides to build a car in a single stall garage needs to be kicked upside the head repeatedly! I have moved this overweight bastard so many times just to gain a much needed inch of clearence it's F****ING MADDENING!!!
Second-Hand Wisdom
I wise man once told me, "If your truck's front end wonders and sways like there's no form of swar bar on it, then either there isn't one or the sway bar links are completely rusted off, the're cheap and usually help the sway bar to work properly!" Huh, that explains alot, lol!
Teardown Complete! (I think)
I don't really see how someone could remove more stuff from the front of this frame, it's nothin but rails! DJM arms are next up, followed by the rear suspension. I need the front installed first so I can mock up a 454 and get the ride height, then I can start on back!
